     We have a comprehensive understanding of the Condominium Act and can provide board of Directors with the peace of mind in knowing that their property is well managed and maintained. Our managers are very experienced in physical building such as knowledge regarding building mechanical systems & building structure. Our managers are trained and registered with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), a regulatory body for the property management industry.
      We pride ourselves on providing well prepared financial statements in a timely manner. Our chief accountant is a veteran in condo accounting for his previous work as a condominium auditor, therefore knowing what is required and being able to provide a cleaner book keeping for the auditors. In some cases, there might be a chance of even lowering a corporation’s auditor fees as there is sometimes less work for the auditor to do.
